I’ve been on Weight Watchers for over a year now and so far I’ve gained what I lost last year and doubled it. I looked at myself and decided I needed to do something to change that. I needed to start being active about my health.
So I decided that this slightly dusty blog I hadn’t been to in quite some time was part of the answer. Not the answer, of course, but part of it.
How? How does a blog potentially help one lose weight?
It’s part of how I’m holding myself accountable. It’s publically saying “here’s how I messed up”, “here’s something new I’m going to try”, and “here’s what’s working for me”.
I’ll also continue sharing recipes because I love cooking and food in general.
